Thank you for volunteering to display your nativity at our 2022 Stake Christmas Crèche Event. 

As we prepare for the nativity exhibit, we will need specific details to prepare the displays. 

Please ensure that you have already filled out the initial sign-up sheet.

NOTE: Please fill out this form for each individual nativity you will be displaying, if more than 1.
